Tudor Royal 28500

The Tudor Royal 28500 is the 38mm reference in Tudor's modern Royal collection, launched in 2020 as a contemporary reinterpretation of a name first used by the brand in the 1950s and 1960s to mark its higher-grade dress watches. The 28500 sits at the mid-size end of the Royal range, balancing presence with versatility on a wider span of wrist sizes.

The 38mm stainless steel case carries the collection's signature design language — a polished, fluted bezel paired with a case finished in alternating brushed and polished surfaces. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, with water resistance rated to 100 metres.

The blue dial is finished with applied Roman numerals at every hour position, a sunburst centre and a date aperture at three o'clock — a quiet nod to the Royal name's mid-century origins, executed with contemporary precision.

The movement is a self-winding mechanical calibre with date function, hacking seconds and a power reserve in line with current Tudor production standards.

Presented on the integrated stainless steel seven-link Royal bracelet, fitted with a folding deployant clasp.

Very Good condition from 2023 means visible signs of wear consistent with regular use — surface marks on the case and bracelet are to be expected, with no significant damage. Complete as a full set with original box and papers dated 28 December 2023.
