Fraud Prevention Policy
Due to the nature of our business, and large presence in the market we must make active efforts to validate every purchase and prevent any attempted fraud.
Any purchases over £10,000 (or currency equivalent) must be completed via bank transfer, you can view our full policy on this here
We require a valid photograph ID and recent utility bill for any purchase of a watch (excluding Casio's) provided within 48 hours of being contacted by ourselves. This is a preventative measure and keeps both the business and our customers safe from any attempted fraud. Whilst we understand this can be frustrating for customers who are eager to receive their new watch, this is a necessary caution to keep both parties safe. We appreciate our customers cooperation and understanding, and will always work with our customers to make this part of the process as smooth as possible.
After purchase one of our staff will contact you to receive these documents.

- Bank Statement
Please note: All photographic ID must be valid and in-date, all additional documents must match the shipping address and cannot be dated any later than 8 weeks. We only require one of each photographic ID and additional document(s) and these must be provided to Pride and Pinion within 48 hours of being contacted by ourselves.
Pride and Pinion will report any attempts at fraud to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase at any time if we believe the purchase is not valid.
