WHO ARE WE?:

We are a dynamic Belfast based luxury watch sales business who also operate the worlds largest and most popular social media portfolio in the watch industry.

We operate a true Multi-Channel business, with a fantastic luxury watch boutique situated in the heart of the 5 star Merchant Hotel on skipper street, and a world class office in Belfast City Centre where this job will be based. From here we conduct most of our business by buying and selling Luxury watches throughout the globe.

Our social media footprint has an audience of over 3.5 million users around the globe, across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Led heavily by our founder Nico Leonard.

We have a young, energetic, growing team with huge aspirations and goals to conquer the luxury watch market, and we are well on our way.

Luxury Watch Sales Executive - Full-Time Belfast based

£24,000 base / OTE £43k+
Due to our continued success we are seeking full-time sales consultant's to join our team. As a business in the past few years we have gone global, selling Luxury watches and services all across the world daily.

OVERVIEW

As a Luxury Watch Sales Executive for Pride & Pinion you will be a key ambassador for the company. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales via our showroom, online, zoom appointments and email enquiry, offering a world class customer experience, pro-actively following up on leads, and utilising CRM data. An account management style approach is key for a successful performance in this role.

You will be a well presented, sales motivated individual, with a great personality and a passion for watches and customer service. A strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and a record of sales success, you will play a key role in the success of the overall business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to;

  • Working a 37.5hr week over 5 days designated between Mon-Sat. However this is not your standard 9-5 role, our clients are international, and a dedicated approach is needed to be highly successful. With excellent uncapped commissions the more you put in the more rewards you will receive
  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
  • Pro-actively driving sales utilising CRM, following up on leads and building relationships. Account management approach, identifying and creating sales opportunities
  • Delivering a world class customer experience
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating sales and purchases
  • Working towards monthly and annual targets.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Must be passionate about the luxury watch industry
  • Must be able to discuss and illustrate an awareness and interest in luxury watch brands and the industry. A lot will be taught and trained in this role, however those without a basic working knowledge need not apply
  • Strong record of results in a sales environment and client management

Office Admin / Directors Assistant - Full-Time Belfast based

£24,000 - £26,000
We now currently need an experienced Office Admin Assistant to help us grow to the next level. The ideal candidate will be someone who has bags of energy, enthusiasm, a great team player and capable of adapting in a growing role with great opportunity.

OVERVIEW

To support the day to day running of the office and set up, supporting the Office Admin Manager, directors and the team, pro-actively ensuring the office is ready and maximises the potential and opportunities for the entire team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Reports to Managing Director - Support where required (Communications, liaising with stakeholders etc)
  • Process all daily shipments inbound/Outbound and record appropriately
  • Ensure proper flow of office procedures and carrying out all administrative office duties.
  • Records updated daily and reports created
  • Communicates with relevant clients / business partners to update and organise watch repairs, services, shipping, orders and enquiries
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes

Social Media Manager - Full-Time Belfast based

£25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus

This is a role where we seek a confident candidate to help show us better ways of working, who can improve us and add real value to our team and help with our growth.

OVERVIEW

As our social media manager you'll be primarily responsible for coming up with content ideas, strategy, be fun and engaging, well planned, capturing, editing and posting all content across our social media platforms. You should be creative and keep up-to-date on current social media trends to ensure we are hitting key metrics across our global audience. Whilst you don't need to know everything about watches, a general understanding of luxury goods and the target audience we have is essential. We run one of, if not the largest luxury watch dealership on social media today and you should have experience creating content for a similarly large sized audience. You should be able to produce both professional, and fun content. As social media manager you will have creative freedom to produce the content you feel is most suited to our audience, and most closely aligns with current trends and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, (Not YouTube), adapting content to suit different channels
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
  • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
  • Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Undertake audience research
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyse competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Over 3 years experience social media management experience with a similarly large sized company
  • Ideally in the luxury goods sector, but this is not essential
  • Proficient in editing software (adobe, canva, figma, or other similar products)
  • Proficient in filming and capturing images and videos for both short and long form content
  • Creative and able to produce ideas quickly
  • Good at engaging with clients across all ages and professions, both professionally and casually
  • Able to understand and present metrics and data in a clean and digestible way

Youtube Strategist - Full-Time Belfast based

£30,000 - £40,000
As our channel grows we now require a Youtube strategist to ensure the continued growth and success of our channel. This will be a new role which we aim to help support a push our team to a new level of content creation.

As our YouTube Channel Strategist, you’ll be at the heart of our content strategy, ensuring every channel operates at peak performance. This role is about more than just management, it’s about optimisation, growth, and storytelling.

This is a pivotal role in our company, where your expertise will directly impact the success of our channels and our organisation as a whole. If you’re ready to shape the future of video storytelling and make your mark in the YouTube world, we’d love to hear from you.

The Channel Strategist will feed back to the business Directors key learnings and trends that can help shape the decision making in terms of improving the content going onto the platform. As a social-first media company, this is an essential role for the success of the organisation as a whole.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Dive into the details of YouTube optimisation, ensuring every video is primed for maximum reach and engagement.
• Craft irresistible, click-worthy titles and SEO-driven descriptions that boost discoverability and views.
• Analyse performance using YouTube’s platform tools and third-party analytics, identifying trends and feeding key insights to the Executive Producer to shape future content strategy.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content resonates with our audience and reflects our passion for storytelling.
• Stay ahead of YouTube trends and algorithm updates, leveraging new opportunities to keep our channels thriving.
• Organising the upload schedule, ensuring that all videos are using the best practices to reach the broadest possible audience.
• Serve as the daily interface with the whynow community on social, engaging through comments and other tools available.
• Ensure that YouTube channels are integrated with whynow’s Shopify ecommerce offerings. Optimise the channels for transactions.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency, and increase the quantity and quality of content output.
• Implement data-driven, test and learn strategies to continuously improve performance.
• Monitor and analyse YouTube metrics and available 3rd party tools to track and benchmark performance.
• Working with the content team and company directors to establish quarterly performance tracking and then provide performance reports tied to meeting those KPIs.
• Reporting to the business Directors weekly

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• An innate understanding of what makes audiences click, watch, and share.
• A sharp eye for data and the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights.
• Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging titles and descriptions that drive clicks while maintaining authenticity.
• Experience managing YouTube channels or other social platforms with a focus on growth and engagement.
• A proactive mindset and the drive to innovate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Passion for the areas of travel, food, technology, music and film
• Solid understanding of SEO, tagging and metadata best practices.
• Data-driven approach with experience with analytical tools, the ability to work with Google Sheets and Slides, with skill to convert numbers into easy to understand actionable information.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities, with an ability to prioritise working under challenging deadlines.
• An ability to work collaboratively in a fast changing work environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with creative tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The photoshop is to help with thumbnails and Premier Pro for #shorts supporting the production team where required.
• Experience working with project management software - ideally Asana.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimisation and content enhancement.
• Knowledge and ability to help with other social platforms handle management like TikTok and Instagram.
