Any purchases over £10,000 (or currency equivalent) must be completed via bank transfer, you can view our full policy on this here
We offer free insured and tracked shipping on all luxury watch purchases worldwide.
All watch orders will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared in the Pride & Pinion bank account from Shopify.
We ship with our trusted couriers daily, and all orders are packed and processed before 5 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. We can not post out or deliver on Saturdays.
If you have purchased a watch online from outside the UK/IRE, a member of our team will be in contact to request a copy of your ID and proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill. The watch will then be sent to your local FedEx or UPS point and will require ID upon collection.
We ship with a trusted courier, insured and tracked. This can take between 1 to 10 working days depending on which country we are shipping to. We will fulfil your order with a tracking number we will send to the email you provided to us with your order; please check your junk folder.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the shipping address specified by you, the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither Pride & Pinion nor the shipping courier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, it is ineligible for insurance or refund claims.
Because customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes to clear through your local customs agency.
Pride & Pinion are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. You will need to contact your local customs office if there are any issues. Pride & Pinion cannot do this on your behalf.
PLEASE NOTE: *Customers from outside the EU/UK will be charged the same as UK and EU customers. This price is exclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties, which may apply depending on which country you are in. Any charges applied upon import will be your responsibility and must be paid by yourself. Please consider these before purchase.
If items are returned to us undelivered (including failed or refused deliveries), re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.
Fashion Watches & Accessories
All Fashion Watches (Casio etc) and accessories are shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship with Royal mail 1st class for all UK orders, and as it is free shipping.
EU and ROW will be charged at different rates depending on each shipping destination, and you will see these charges once you get through to the shipping page of your order. We send these tracked with Royal Mail, and we ask that you please allow up to 28 working days depending on which country we are shipping to. When we ship your item, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided with your order; please check your spam folder.
Please note that all WOLF accessories are drop-shipped from our suppliers, and their stock levels, shipping times and shipping policies will differ from our own. Please note, WOLF only drop ship from the UK & EU.
