
Tudor Black Bay Fifity-Eight
The Black Bay launched 2012 reviving Tudor's dive watch heritage. The Fifty-Eight introduced 2018 references 1958—year Tudor launched their first water-resistant watch to 200 metres. Thirty-nine millimetres makes this Tudor's most wearable modern dive watch.
Thirty-nine millimetres in stainless steel with brushed and polished finishing. Unidirectional rotating bezel with black anodised aluminium insert and sixty-minute graduations. Snowflake hands—Tudor's signature since 1969. Domed sapphire crystal. Screw-down crown. Two hundred metres water resistance.
Black dial with applied hour markers and luminous coating. Inside sits Calibre MT5400—Tudor manufacture movement introduced 2018 specifically for thirty-nine millimetre case. Twenty-seven jewels, 28,800 vph, seventy-hour power reserve—approximately three days. Silicon balance spring providing antimagnetic properties. COSC chronometer certified.
Stainless steel rivet bracelet inspired by 1950s and 1960s Tudor dive watch bracelets. Folding safety clasp with T-fit rapid adjustment system allowing approximately 8mm extension without tools. Good condition from 2022 means three years of wear—expect visible scratching on polished surfaces, dulling on brushed components, possible desk-diving marks on clasp and bracelet, no significant damage. Full set includes Tudor presentation box, warranty papers dated 2022, booklets. Manufacturer's warranty expired—covered by Pride & Pinion one-year warranty.
