The 40mm case is crafted from 18ct Everose gold, Rolex’s proprietary rose gold alloy developed to preserve its warm tone over time. Its monobloc Oyster case construction is paired with a screw down crown featuring the Triplock triple waterproofness system, offering the robustness expected from Rolex’s professional watchmaking heritage. The bidirectional rotatable bezel is fitted with a black Cerachrom ceramic insert, with raised polished numerals providing strong contrast against the matt surface. A sapphire crystal with Cyclops magnifier protects the dial, while the Oyster case provides 100 metres of water resistance.

The black dial is clean, balanced and highly legible, carrying applied hour markers and luminous hands for clarity in low light.
