Omega Speedmaster

This Omega Speedmaster 3520.50.00, known as the “Triple Date” or “MK40,” is offered in excellent condition.

The 39 mm stainless steel case is paired with a fixed steel tachymeter bezel, carrying the classic Speedmaster racing scale. A hesalite crystal protects the dial, while the solid screw-down caseback secures water resistance to 30 metres.

The black dial is accented with white subdials and luminous hour markers, maintaining superb readability. Three registers display running seconds, a 30-minute counter, and a 12-hour counter. Day and month windows sit just below 12 o’clock, while the date is indicated by a central hand with a red crescent tip pointing to the outer track. White baton hands and a red chronograph seconds hand complete the balanced layout.

Powering the watch is the Omega calibre 1151, an automatic chronograph movement with a full calendar complication. It delivers reliable performance with a 42-hour power reserve and is based on the proven Valjoux 7751 architecture, customised by Omega.

This example is fitted with the solid stainless steel Speedmaster bracelet and folding clasp, giving it a robust yet versatile look.
