Omega Speedmaster

This Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch, reference 310.32.42.50.01.002, was purchased in 2025 and is presented in excellent condition with its full set of box and papers.

The 42 mm stainless steel case carries the classic asymmetrical lyre-lug design of the Moonwatch. It is fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal over the dial, and a sapphire caseback displaying the movement inside. A black aluminium bezel with tachymeter scale frames the dial, staying faithful to the Speedmaster’s space-flight heritage.

The dial is matte black with applied white hour markers and signature step detail. Rhodium-plated baton hands and three recessed sub-registers provide a balanced layout: 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock, and running seconds at 9 o’clock. Super-LumiNova ensures clarity in low light.

Powering the watch is the manual-wind Omega calibre 3861 Co-Axial Master Chronometer. This movement combines NASA-flight heritage with modern innovations, including antimagnetic resistance to 15,000 gauss, a co-axial escapement, and a 50-hour power reserve. Its finishing is revealed through the transparent caseback.

This example is fitted with a black leather strap secured by a signed Omega buckle, emphasising classic style and comfort. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres.
