The 40mm stainless steel case carries the brushed-and-bead-blasted finishing that signals tool-watch heritage, with integrated crown guards and a tight 11.8mm thickness. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment protects the dial, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres.

The dial is finished in a sun-brushed blue — deeper at the edges, lighter toward the centre — with bold Arabic numerals, an inner 24-hour military track and luminous syringe hands. The day-date display sits in a wide curved aperture at twelve o'clock.

Calibre H-40 is Hamilton's automatic chronometer-grade movement, with a Nivachron anti-magnetic balance spring and an 80-hour power reserve.
