Breitling - Navitimer

The Navitimer has been Breitling's flagship pilot's watch since 1952, built around the iconic circular slide rule bezel that allows aviators to perform in-flight calculations. The reference AB00121 houses Breitling's manufacture Calibre B01 — the brand's first in-house chronograph movement — marking a significant chapter in the Navitimer's evolution.

The 43mm stainless steel case provides a commanding presence that suits the Navitimer's instrument-watch heritage. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating protects the dial. Water resistant to 30 metres.

The black dial carries the signature Navitimer layout — three chronograph sub-dials arranged at three, six, and nine o'clock, surrounded by the circular slide rule scale. A date aperture sits at the four-thirty position. Despite the density of information, the dial remains legible through careful use of contrast and proportioned sub-dials.

The automatic Calibre B01 is Breitling's manufacture column-wheel chronograph, delivering 70 hours of power reserve and COSC-certified accuracy. The integrated chronograph architecture provides smooth, precise timing operations.

A black and yellow strap provides a distinctive colour combination that echoes Breitling's aviation heritage, secured with a clasp for comfortable daily wear.

Very good condition means visible wear from regular use — expect moderate scratching on polished surfaces, dulling on brushed components, possible desk-diving marks on the clasp. No significant damage. Complete with original box and original papers.
