Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Graph

The Rolex Turn-O-Graph 16264 is sharp, rare, and built with real purpose. This model was purchased in 2005 and remains in excellent condition. It comes fully dressed with its original box, papers, warranty card, and Rolex booklet.

This watch measures 36mm across and sits slim on the wrist. The case is made from Oystersteel and finished with a mix of brushed and polished surfaces. The bezel is 18ct white gold with a full 60-minute scale. It rotates bidirectionally and clicks firmly. This was Rolex’s first true tool bezel—practical and precise.

The dial is clean, balanced, and beautifully detailed. Versions came in silver, white, or black, all with crisp printing and applied hour markers. The hands and markers are filled with luminous material. Everything is easy to read in low light and keeps its glow.

At three o’clock sits the date window, framed by the Cyclops lens. The glass is sapphire and scratch-resistant. The crown screws down to keep water out, locking the case to a depth of 100 metres.

Inside is the Rolex Calibre 3135. This is a COSC-certified automatic movement known for reliability and precision. It has a 48-hour power reserve and delivers timekeeping to -2/+2 seconds per day. The movement is smooth, strong, and built to last.

The bracelet is the classic Jubilee style, made from solid stainless steel. It’s lightweight, flexible, and wears well all day. The clasp is a hidden Crownclasp for a seamless look on the wrist.

The Turn-O-Graph 16264 is not just a Datejust—it’s a piece of Rolex history. This was the first Rolex with a rotating bezel, launched in the 1950s for pilots. It later became part of the Datejust line and earned the nickname “Thunderbird.” The 16264 is one of the final versions, blending vintage style with modern reliability.
