Richard Mille - RM 11-05 - 2021

The RM 11-05 continues the celebrated RM 011 lineage with a multi-material case construction combining Carbon TPT, grey cermet, and titanium. Produced in a limited run of 140 pieces, this example — number 42 — delivers flyback chronograph and GMT functionality within one of Richard Mille's most technically advanced case architectures.

The tonneau-shaped case integrates three distinct materials: Carbon TPT for its exceptional rigidity-to-weight ratio, grey cermet — a ceramic-metal composite — for its scratch resistance, and grade 5 titanium for its structural integrity. Sapphire crystals protect both sides. Water resistant to 50 metres.

The skeletonized dial reveals the automatic movement through blue-accented apertures that complement the strap. An annual calendar, flyback chronograph, and GMT function are all legible from the dial, with each sub-function clearly delineated within the open architecture.

The automatic Calibre RMAC3 powers the flyback chronograph, GMT, and annual calendar complications. The flyback function allows the chronograph to be reset and restarted in a single push — a complication originally developed for aviation timing. Richard Mille's variable geometry rotor adapts the winding efficiency to the wearer's activity.

A blue rubber strap adds a distinctive character to the piece, secured with a titanium deployant clasp.

Excellent condition from 2021 means minimal wear — expect light surface marks on the case, maintained in nearly new condition. Complete with original box, papers, and certificate of authenticity (No. 43365). Originally purchased from the Richard Mille Beverly Hills boutique.
