The 5990/1A sits at the summit of the Nautilus collection, combining Patek Philippe's flyback chronograph with a dual time zone complication. Originally designed by Gerald Genta, the Nautilus silhouette remains one of the most recognisable in luxury watchmaking.

The 40.5mm stainless steel case retains the iconic Nautilus porthole shape with its rounded octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet lugs. Sapphire crystals front and rear protect the dial and showcase the movement. Water resistant to 120 metres, suitable for recreational swimming.

The black gradated dial displays the horizontal embossed pattern characteristic of the Nautilus range. A chronograph counter at six o'clock and a date aperture at three sit alongside a local and home time indicator. Luminous applied hour markers and hands ensure clear reading in all conditions.

The self-winding Calibre CH 28-520 C FUS houses 34 jewels and operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The column-wheel flyback chronograph allows instant resetting and restarting, whilst the dual time zone tracks a second time zone with an independent hour hand.

The integrated stainless steel bracelet features alternating polished and satin-finished links in the signature Nautilus pattern, secured by a fold-over deployant clasp.

Excellent condition from 2019 means minimal wear — expect light surface marks on the bracelet and case, maintained in nearly new condition. Complete with original box and original papers.
