The 5905R combines Patek Philippe's annual calendar — a complication the brand patented in 1996 — with a column-wheel chronograph. This reference refines the concept into an elegant dress-sport format, with the warm tones of rose gold complementing a striking blue dial.

At 42mm in 18ct rose gold, the case provides a commanding but refined presence on the wrist. Sapphire crystals on both sides protect the dial and reveal the movement's finishing. Water resistant to 30 metres.
