When will my watch be shipped?

Your watch will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase provided this falls between Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm GMT. We may ship watches sooner than this, but never later.

How will my watch be shipped?

All our watches are shipped fully insured and tracked. The courier will depend on your location. For mainland UK it is usually Royal Mail, and for outside of the UK it is usually FedEx or DPD. Why do you require my ID and a recent utility bill?

Due to the nature of our business and large presence in the market, we have to validate every purchase to prevent any attempted fraud. What if I am not happy with my watch?

If you are not happy with your watch for any reason we have a 14 day return policy from the date you receive the watch provided it has not been worn, the full returns policy can be found here.
