Tudor - Black Bay Fifty-Eight "Ed Sheeran Mathematics Tour" - 2025

Issued in a strictly limited run of just 130 pieces, this Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight reference 79030N is among the rarest and most personal Tudors of the modern era — though it never appeared in any Tudor catalogue. It was commissioned privately by Ed Sheeran as a gift to the crew who worked on the record-breaking Mathematics tour, and presented only to those who travelled with him across its run. Each example is individually numbered out of 130.

At first glance the watch is the familiar Black Bay Fifty-Eight: a 39mm stainless steel case sitting comfortably between vintage proportions and modern wearability, the matte black bezel with its gilt markers and red enamel pip, a domed black dial framing Tudor's signature snowflake handset. But at six o'clock, the script breaks — five small symbols printed in colour: a red plus, yellow minus, red equals, cyan division, and green multiplication. The visual signatures of Sheeran's five mathematics-titled albums, arranged on the dial as a quiet personal motif. It is the only place colour appears on the watch, and the detail that turns a famously restrained tool watch into a one-off cultural document.

Inside, the in-house COSC-certified calibre MT5402 drives the time with a 70-hour power reserve and 200m water resistance — full specification Tudor, no concessions. Flip the watch over and the steel caseback carries the inscription that defines the piece: "Thank you for all your hard work on this tour, love Ed x", arranged around the five Mathematics symbols, the word TOUR, and the watch's individual edition number out of 130. Supplied in very good condition with its original Tudor box and papers dated July 2025.
