How it Works

We've designed the Pride & Pinion watch servicing process to be easy and stress-free for our clients while delivering results nothing short of absolute perfection. 

Step 1: Fill out a contact form with your request

By letting us know what you need through our contact form we know exactly how to serve you best. 

At this point, we will provide the estimated cost for the service upfront so you know exactly what you're getting. 

Step 2: Send us your watch

You send us your watch via Royal Mail Special Delivery or else deliver it to us in person.

Please note: if sending a timepiece via mail we recommend that it is covered under adequate insurance. 

Step 3: We service your watch

Our specialist team of watchmakers put their craft and expertise to work by restoring any faults your timepiece has. 

Step 4: Watch is delivered right back to your wrist

After your watch is serviced, inspected and polished, we will send you an invoice and automatically add a 12-month Pride & Pinion warranty to your timepiece.

Once payment is received, we will deliver the watch right back to your wrist.
