We are pleased to present this Rolex Sea-Dweller Ref 16660
The Sea-Dweller was made specifically for saturation divers. As a result, all Sea-Dweller watches feature a waterproof Oyster case, a helium escape valve (HEV), a rotating timing bezel graduated to 60 minutes, and luminous hands and markers on the dial.
This timepiece is dated back to 1983. Interestingly, this is one of the last models to feature the MK1 Matte dial as it was fazed out in 1984. The 16660 reference was the first Sea-Dweller with a sapphire crystal, replacing the domed Plexiglas crystal found on the older ref. 1665.
Beating inside is the tried and tested caliber 3035. This movement features 48 hours of power reserve and a date function.
