Luxury Watch Sales Executive - Immediate start

Due to our continued success we are now seeking two Full-Time sales consultants to join our team. As a business in the past 18months we have gone global, selling Luxury watches and services all across the world daily. We now need a couple of superstar sales to help us continue to grow!

As a Luxury Watch Sales Executive for Pride & Pinion you will be a key ambassador for the company. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales via our showroom, online, zoom appointments and email enquiry, offering a world class customer experience, pro-actively following up on leads, and utilising CRM data.

You will be a well presented, sales motivated individual, with a great personality and a passion for watches and customer service. A strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and a record of sales success, you will play a key role in the success of the overall business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your accountabilities will be but are not limited to;

  • Working a 37.5hr week over 5 days designated between Mon-Sat
  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
  • Pro-actively driving sales utilising CRM, following up on leads and building relationships
  • Delivering a world class customer experience
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating sales and purchases
  • Working towards monthly and annual targets.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES

  • Must be able to discuss and illustrate an awareness and interest in luxury watch brands and the industry. A lot will be taught and trained in this role, however those without a basic working knowledge need not apply
  • Strong record of results in a sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • IT Proficient
  • Self Motivated, proactive and dedicated
  • A professional manner
  • Able to illustrate experience of client management and exceeding targets
  • Must be fully flexible in availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
